The International Scientific Steering Committee is advising the Government of Kazakhstan and UNESCO on: (1) the technical progress of the operations being carried out under the Project; (2) review the preceding year’s work and set forth and agree on the entire programme for the coming year; (3) any other points which may arise in connection with the implementation of the Project.
