Development of Interactive Tool on Instructional Design

Based on DLNet guidelines for e-learning modules & e-learning needs survey, DLNet member NGO Alumni Research Association (ARA) established on Developing interactive DL tools in Russian and English at the DLNet site (www.dlnet.unesco.kz) that will give every teacher an lecturer easy way for his/her own curriculum development.
The tools will include: Curriculum development tool; Course and program development tool; Test array development tool; Tools for students testing and evaluating results; Discussion board;
