"Inclusion is a systematic and ongoing process of creating opportunities for people to fully participate in all aspects of life, based on the principles of respect for the rights and human dignity. This process takes into account the needs and interests of individuals, primarily through the identification and removal of environmental barriers, as well as through individual support when needed". During the webinar, Dinara Khalikova talked about the possibilities of developing inclusion in the context of a museum organisation.
