100 pages analytical report has been prepared under the implementation of a joint Strengthening of the Development of distance Learning Networks in Central Asia of UNESCO Office Almaty and ITTE Moscow Office. Developed withing the framework of UNESCO cross-cutting project "Higher Education Learning Knowledge Base for Decision Makers" by special work group of focal point ITTE UNESCO in Kyrgyz Republic - International University of Kyrgyzstan.
