Publication contains the final report on Central Asian Regional Training Course on the Conservation and Management of Archaeological and Earthen Structures conducted in Otrar/Turkestan, Kazakhstan. Asian Regional Training Course on the Conservation and Management of Archaeological and Earthen Structures is the first regional training course of this kind aimed to share the extensive knowledge gained on the conservation and management of archaeological and earthen structures and sites during the implementation of the UNESCO/Japan Funds-in-Trust Project for Preservation and Restoration of the Ancient City of Otrar, Kazakhstan with heritage specialists from the region. The Training Course had strengthening professional skills of regional specialists and widened professional horizons at the regional and international level.
